What are you eating ? Who are u now ?
We had to take a closer “General Look” at into how People eat, consume, nutrient themselves and how they try to stay morbidly obese:
Another way of putting it: Are we having a Food crisis causing massively obese Cows, Pigs and Whale-Karens or can we still stuff our Faces with Yum?
First we need to tell you that it ain’t about the Basics of the Food Pyramid meaning stuff like milk, cheese, tomatoes, potatoes and carottes.
-> It is about the Quality, Quantity and Time of Date it is being consumed
It boils down to a balanced, healthy Hippie Lifestyle that was advertised like 40 to 50 years ago so: the solution is some very classic Life Style S
but here is a little Story:
I once had a Friend in High School that was already heavy on the scale but would consume sweet chocolate bars every darn day literally stuffing his pig Face with pig food and ended up being a super fat whale fat fat pig fat by End of Highschool… fat
What was done? -> Nothing of course
But what happened to the kid later in Life ?
The Impact on his Life was quite severe since he fell into a deep depression, accompanied by massiv amounts of gaming, drugs, candy and self-loathing… and he stank like a garbage monster coming out of the sewer 😀
The Moral of the story is: he moved into the Desert and became some kind of spiritual Leader for a bunch of coyotes who ate him but for reals: Do you need or maybe want ? oO to end up like Peter ? or maybe… just maybe… u wanne go out touch some grass ( literally ), baby step the whole exercise and eating healthy thing and as a result leading a Life with significantly reduced depression and generally put:
a better Life ( which does not include not eating junk ); ioo
